1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the ZS999 platform — including the website at zs999.plus, the ZS999 mobile app, or any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use ZS999. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend checking this page periodically for changes.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of ZS999, including registered members, guests browsing the platform, and anyone interacting with ZS999's promotional content or communications.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use ZS999, you must meet all of the following requirements:

Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all funds will be retained pending investigation, and any winnings generated will be voided.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

ZS999 processes all financial transactions in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). We support deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and other mobile wallets as displayed in your account's cashier section at the time of transaction.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your ZS999 account are available for betting and gaming purposes only. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier. Deposits are generally credited within minutes, though delays caused by payment providers are outside ZS999's control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. ZS999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any pending verification requirements. ZS999 reserves the right to carry out additional identity checks before approving any withdrawal.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed the required wagering on any active bonus funds. Deposited funds that have not been used for wagering may be subject to an administration review. Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts that have been fully verified.

ZS999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, and ZS999 is not responsible for any third-party fees.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

ZS999 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional offers from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which will include wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games or markets, and expiry dates.

General Bonus Rules:

Bonuses are only available to eligible accounts as specified in the promotion terms.
Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
ZS999 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any other form of manipulation.
Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the stated requirements.
Where a deposit bonus is active, withdrawal of the deposit prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus winnings.

5. Betting Rules

ZS999 offers sports betting across cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports, and other markets. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

All bets are final once confirmed by the system. ZS999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in specific circumstances described below.
In the event of an obvious pricing or odds error, ZS999 reserves the right to void any affected bets, regardless of whether they have already been settled.
Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or not completed within a defined timeframe may be voided in line with each sport's specific settlement rules, as displayed in the relevant betting section.
Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the platform's current live betting terms. Network delays may affect the acceptance of live bets, and ZS999 reserves the right to reject any in-play bet placed after the relevant event has concluded.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
Accumulator bets are settled once all individual selections have been resolved. If one leg is voided, it is removed and the accumulator is recalculated at the reduced number of selections.

PSL and international cricket markets operate under cricket-specific settlement rules, including provisions for Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments in rain-affected matches. Full cricket betting rules are available in the platform's help section.

6. Casino & Slots

ZS999's casino section includes live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and others) and a wide range of slots provided by third-party game studios. The following applies to all casino and slots play:

All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or are hosted by live studios subject to independent testing. ZS999 does not manipulate game outcomes.
Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a technical fault during a live casino session or slot spin, the affected round will be voided and any stake refunded.
Casino games are subject to a house edge, which is stated in each game's information panel. Returns to Player (RTP) percentages are published by the game providers.

7. Account Security

Use a strong, unique password that is not used on other websites or services.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ZS999 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban:

Opening more than one account, or using another person's account or details.
Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
Using the platform to facilitate any form of fraud, impersonation, or deception.
Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events.
Registering on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to operate your account.

ZS999 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in investigations relating to fraud, financial crime, or other prohibited activity. Funds associated with prohibited conduct may be frozen pending investigation and handed over to relevant authorities if required.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ZS999 platform — including the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, betting interfaces, casino game interfaces, and all other materials — is the property of ZS999 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ZS999 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, copy, redistribute, publish, or create derivative works from any ZS999 content without prior written permission.

Any unauthorised use of ZS999's intellectual property, including scraping odds data, copying platform content, or imitating ZS999 branding, will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

10. Limitation of Liability

ZS999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is accessible and functions correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.
